Our Story
HighView Construction was founded with a simple frustration: homeowners deserved better. Better communication. Cleaner jobsites. Estimates that actually matched the final invoice. Timelines that weren't just hopeful guesses.
We've seen what happens when contractors disappear after the contract is signed. When “two weeks” becomes three months. When a bathroom remodel turns into a financial nightmare because every change order is a surprise. We built HighView to be the antidote to all of that.

Ray Singh
Founder & CEO · Licensed General Contractor
Ray brings years of hands-on experience in residential construction across Northern California. From complex ADU builds in the Bay Area to full home renovations in Sacramento, Ray has personally managed every phase of the construction process — from permit drawings to final walkthrough.
What sets Ray apart is his commitment to transparency. Every client gets his personal phone number. Every project gets a written schedule before ground breaks. And every estimate is backed by real materials and labor data — not ballpark guesses.

We use licensed tradespeople on every specialized system — electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Our finish work is inspected by Ray personally before we consider a project complete.
